On August 17, CNBM Wuhu Three New Industrial Park laid its foundation in Sanshan District, Wuhu City of Anhui Province. The group company intended to invest 10 billion Yuan to develop the park by stage. The land area for the first-phase project was 1000 mu, mainly for developing new building materials, new types of residence, new energy materials, and new materials such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, sea water desalination and refractory materials, trying to be the largest comprehensive industrial base for new materials on the Anhui-Jiangsu Economic Belt. 
On the ceremony, CNBM president Song Zhiping and General Manager Yao Yan interviewed with Wang Sanyun, vice party secretary and governor of Anhui Province, vice governor Huang Haisong and other provincial leaders. Wang Sanyun highly praised CNBM for its recent development and its achievements in Anhui Province. He thought CNBM industrial pattern and operating concept were both ideal and hoped CNBM continued to make greater contribution to the social and economic development of Anhui Province. The party organizations and governments at various levels in Anhui Province would provide highly efficient service and create more chances for cooperation for CNBM¡¯s development in Anhui Province.
