On September 14, China National Building Material Company Limited (CNBM) placed about 240 million H shares in Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 16 HKD per share, raised 3.82 billion HKD in total. The total H shares placed this time were about 239 million shares, accounting 19.9% of the total H Shares issued by CNBM. After this issue, the total shares of the company were about 2.7 billion shares. This was the largest  placement since CNBM¡¯s listing and as scheduled, the fundsraised this time were mainly used to reduce liabilities and replenish operating capital of CNBM.
