CNBM International Signing a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China National United Equipment

On December 20, CNBM International signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China National United Equipment in Beijing. Huang Anzhong, Deputy General Manager of CNBM Group and General Manager of CNBM International attended the meeting and made important speeches.
Huang Anzhong congratulated the signature of strategic cooperation agreement between the two parties, analyzed the current international and domestic political and economic situation, and proposed three requirements on the future work of two parties: I. Close cooperation, win-win partnership and common development. By its overseas platform and market experience and financial advantage, CNBM International will actively assist China National United Equipment promote the internationalization progress and realize resource sharing; II. Be the top three in the industry. Concentrate advantageous resource to implement the development strategy of “big market, big commodity, big customer and big brand”; III. Carry out the cooperation between two parties. Focus on the development of product with great market potential and strong competitiveness and strengthen the survey on target market.
In the meeting, representatives of China National United Equipment and CNBM International made speeches successively, introducing each company in detail and making a prospect on future cooperation.
Finally, Liu Anjiang, General Manager of China National United Equipment, and Wu Jian, Administrative Deputy General Manager of CNBM International, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of two parties.
The meeting was convened by Wu Jian, Administrative Deputy General Manager of CNBM International. Li Wenbiao, Deputy General Manager of China National United Equipment, Wu Suhua, Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant of CNBM International, and Wang Yong, General Manager Assistant of CNBM International, etc., attended the meeting.
