HCRDI-designed Indonesia Ciwandan cement grinding station comes on stream
On March 20, Indonesia Gama Ciwandan 750000t/y cement grinding stationto which CNBM (Hefei) Powder Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. provided engineering design and supplied core equipment came on stream successfully.
The project's grinding system uses a double-closed grinding system composed of HFCG160-120 roller press and φ3.8×13m tube mill, with a designed cement output of not less than 120t/h (OPC, PCC cement). The project had an area of only 60.6 mu and poor geological conditions, and land needed to be reserved for Phase 2 extension, thus requirements were high for general planning, process design and foundation treatment. Upon adequate survey and communication, elaborate planning and design with the owner and general contractor, with fine equipment and quality commissioning service, the project was eventually recognized by the owner and general contractor.
With the project as a reference and opportunity, CNBM (Hefei) Powder Technology Equipment Co., Ltd.will keep developing international markets to achieve new greater success.
