On February 22, Bengbu City witnessed the signing ceremony for EPC by China Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd. (CTIEC) to construct a production line with the daily capacity of melting 150 tons of float glass for Mongolia ErdesPlazm Company ("ErdesPlazm"). CTIEC's chairman and president Peng Shou and ErdesPlazm's president BYAMBAJAVsigned the EPC contract.
The project is located in Ulan Bator, Mongolia's capital. The state-of-the-art float glass technology and equipment will be used, and various indicators are advanced. The implementation of this project can not only realize the first export of CTIEC's float glass technology to Mongolia but also effectively alleviate Mongolia’s current dependence of float glass supply on import.
This is another overseas EPC project undertaken by CTIEC after CTIEC contracted the waste heat power generation project with the daily capacity of melting 400 tons of float glass in Bangladesh on January 15 and contracted a project of cold repair and renovation of facilities with the daily capacity of melting 500 tons of float glass in Indonesia on January 24. It represents CTIEC’s more robust steps to continuously tap into the international glass market, deepen international cooperation in production capacities and export energy-conserving and consumption-reducing technologies.
