CNBM and CNSIG Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement
On February 25, China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (CNBM) and China National Salt Industry Group (CNSIG) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. Zhou Yuxian, Chairman of CNBM and China National Building Material Co., Ltd., and Li Yaoqiang, Chairman of CNSIG, attended the event and witnessed the signing ceremony. Wang Yumeng, Deputy General Manager of CNBM, and Dun Yilan, representative of CNSIG, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Gong Feng, Deputy General Manager of CNSIG, and Wang Xiyou, General Manager of Liaohe Oilfield, were also present at the event.
Zhou Yuxian extended a warm welcome to Li Yaoqiang and his delegation and expressed gratitude for the strong support that CNSIG has long provided to CNBM. He noted that in recent years, the two sides have engaged in close cooperation in areas such as the procurement and supply of soda ash, clinker, and aggregates, logistics services through the "Vehicle Calling" platform, and the utilization of phosphogypsum, achieving mutual benefits and win-win outcomes. Seizing the opportunity presented by this signing, CNBM will further promote comprehensive strategic cooperation with CNSIG, optimize procurement and supply models, upgrade and promote digital logistics services, and explore collaborations in wind and solar power, green and low-carbon initiatives, and green building materials. By closely integrating upstream and downstream of the industrial and supply chains, the two parties aim to build a mutually beneficial community of shared interests.
Li Yaoqiang expressed his gratitude for the warm reception from Zhou Yuxian and highly praised the achievements made by CNBM in the new materials industry. He stated that CNSIG and CNBM have a solid foundation for cooperation and have achieved positive results in areas such as strategic procurement and digital logistics. Looking ahead, he expressed hope for deeper engagement and expanded collaboration, elevating cooperation to a higher level. He also emphasized the potential for joint efforts in the comprehensive utilization of natural soda ash, energy conservation, and environmental protection, aiming to make new and greater contributions to promoting industry development and serving national strategies.
Before the meeting, Zhou Yuxian accompanied Li Yaoqiang and his delegation on a tour of the group's exhibition hall.
